Plant-Based Transition Class

Are you interested in transitioning to a plant-based diet, but you aren't sure how to go about it? 

This four session class will help you create your own personalized meal plan. 

Welcome! My plant-based journey started several years ago when I began worrying about my heart health. I am pleased to say that a plant-based diet has changed my health and my life in so many positive ways. Now I would like to help you do the same!
